🛒 1. Orders & Processing

All orders begin processing immediately after payment confirmation.

• Standard Handling Time: As most of our jerseys are prepared to order, standard processing takes 3 to 7 business days.
• Peak Periods: Processing times may be slightly extended during sales, high-demand seasons, or public holidays.
• Tracking Info: Once dispatched, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number to follow your shipment in real time.

🚚 2. Shipping & Rates

We deliver worldwide to bring classic jerseys directly to your door.

• EU Surcharge & Duties: All orders include a fixed €3.00 shipping surcharge covering international import fees applied to parcels coming into the European Union. Customs fees and import duties are prepaid—no extra charges upon delivery.
• Shipping Rates: Standard shipping ranges from €3 to €8 depending on delivery location and parcel weight.
• Estimated Delivery Times:
  • Europe: 10 to 20 business days after dispatch.
  • Rest of the World: 15 to 25 business days after dispatch.
• Fast Delivery: Over 80% of our orders arrive before the estimated maximum delivery date.

🎄 3. Peak & Holiday Season Shipping

During high-volume periods (such as November, December, and major football tournaments), global shipping volumes increase significantly.

While we do everything in our power to dispatch orders as fast as possible, potential delays caused by customs authorities or postal services during peak seasons are beyond our control. We recommend placing holiday orders well in advance.

📦 4. Order Receipt & Delivery

Once your package arrives, please inspect your items to verify everything is correct. If you encounter any issues or damaged packaging upon arrival, contact our support team immediately so we can resolve it promptly.

✍️ 5. Personalized Products

Many of our retro and classic football shirts can be customized with custom names, numbers, or special patches.

🔄 6. Return & Refund Policy

We want you to shop with complete confidence. Returns are accepted for eligible items within 14 calendar days of receiving your parcel.

✅ Eligible for Returns:

• Non-personalized football shirts in original condition.
• Manufacturing or printing defects on our part.
• Incorrect items sent by mistake.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

• Personalized shirts featuring custom names, numbers, or patches.
• Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or had original tags removed.

Note: Any defective or incorrect items must be reported to our customer support within 7 calendar days of delivery. Approved refunds will be automatically issued back to your original payment method.

We select high-grade products to ensure an authentic retro look and feel.

Product images accurately represent the items listed; however, minor variations in color tone, stitching, or finishing may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or manufacturing processes.
