Shipping Fee Information
From July 1st, 2026, all orders include a fixed €3.00 shipping surcharge, corresponding to the new fee applied by the European Union to shipments arriving from non-EU countries.
This amount will be automatically added during checkout.
Once your order has been placed and payment has been confirmed, we will begin processing it immediately.
⏳ Processing time: approximately 5 to 7 business days.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your parcel at any time through the carrier's tracking website.
📦 Estimated delivery time: approximately 15 to 20 business days from the shipping date.
More than 80% of our orders are delivered before the estimated delivery time.
🎄 Christmas Orders
During November and December, international shipping volumes increase significantly. As a result, customs authorities and shipping companies may experience delays beyond their normal processing times.
For this reason, we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas or Three Kings' Day, although we will always do our best to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.

🔄 Returns
We want you to shop with complete confidence.
Returns are accepted for any item provided it has not been personalised and is returned in its original condition, unused and with all original packaging.
✅ Returns accepted for:
- Non-personalised football shirts.
- Items with manufacturing defects.
- Incorrect items sent due to our error.
❌ Returns are not accepted for:
- Personalised shirts with a custom name and/or number.
- Products customised at the customer's request.
- Used, washed or damaged items.
Personalised shirts are made exclusively for each customer and therefore cannot be returned, unless the product has a manufacturing defect or we have made an error with your order.
📅 Return Period
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return for any non-personalised item.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
