Welcome to KMISETASHD. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

🛒 1. Orders

All orders will begin processing once payment has been successfully confirmed.

As most of our products are made and prepared to order, our standard processing time is approximately 5 to 7 business days.

During busy periods, promotions or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking number, allowing you to follow your shipment at any time.

🚚 2. Shipping

From 1st July 2026, all orders include a fixed €3.00 shipping surcharge, corresponding to the new European Union fee applied to parcels imported from non-EU countries.

This charge will be displayed automatically during checkout.

Estimated delivery time is approximately 15 to 20 business days after dispatch.

More than 80% of our orders are delivered before the maximum estimated delivery time.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs inspections, courier delays, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.

🎄 3. Christmas & Holiday Season

During November and December, international shipping volumes increase significantly.

As a result, customs authorities and courier companies may experience delays beyond our control.

For this reason, we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas or Three Kings' Day, although we will always do our best to dispatch and deliver your order as quickly as possible.

📦 4. Order Delivery

Once your order has been delivered, we would greatly appreciate it if you could confirm that everything has arrived correctly.

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the matter quickly.

✍️ 5. Personalised Products

Many of our football shirts can be personalised with a custom name and number.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personalisation details entered during checkout are correct.

Once production has started, personalised orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

KMISETASHD cannot be held responsible for spelling mistakes or incorrect information provided by the customer.

🔄 6. Returns

We want you to shop with complete confidence.

Returns are accepted for any item provided it has not been personalised and is returned unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

✅ Returns Accepted For:

Non-personalised football shirts.
Manufacturing defects.
Incorrect items sent by mistake.

❌ Returns Cannot Be Accepted For:

Personalised shirts with custom names and/or numbers.
Products customised at the customer's request.
Items that have been worn, washed or show signs of use.

Personalised products may only be returned if they are faulty or if an error has been made by KMISETASHD.

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return for any non-personalised item.

Any manufacturing defects or incorrect products must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery.

⭐ 7. Product Quality

We carefully select high-quality products to ensure customer satisfaction.

Product images accurately represent the items we sell; however, slight variations in colour or finish may occur due to lighting conditions, manufacturing processes or screen settings.

💳 8. Payment Methods

We accept several secure payment methods available during checkout, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other supported payment providers.

All transactions are securely encrypted using trusted payment gateways.

🔒 9. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is handled confidentially and processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Your data will only be used to process your order and provide customer support.

⚠️ 10. Limitation of Liability

KMISETASHD shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Customs inspections or delays.
Courier or postal service delays.
Severe weather conditions.
National or international public holidays.
Industrial action or strikes.
Force majeure events.
